Enfamil Baby Formula

I started using Enfamil A+ formula with my daughter as soon as we came home from the hospital. I was unable to breastfeed, which we all know is best, and they had given me Enfamil A+ at the hospital to feed her with so I naturally decided to stick with it. It seemed to work just fine and I saw no reason to change. After quickly finding out that it was one of the most expensive formulas on the market, and that my baby ate much more than I expected, I started to try other formulas that weren’t as expensive.

I hate recommending the most expensive items out there but in this case, Enfamil really did work the best. And the bonus – Enfamil A+ is fill with good stuff such as DHA and AHA, which help with the development of the eye, brain and nerves. Those are vital things in that first year that a baby drinks formula. Another thing I loved about Enfamil was they have an entire line of products that will cater to your baby’s specific feedings needs. I did need to switch my baby’s formula once again when she developed colic two weeks in and started spitting up almost her entire meal after feedings.

However, with the wide variety of Enfamil products available, I didn’t need to step out of the Enfamil brand to find something to suit her. I chose the Enfamil A+ Thickened formula. This formula is naturally thickened with rice starch, making it really “stick to her ribs” and it also helped reduce her colic. But they have many other different formulas for specific needs including Enfamil Lower Iron, Enfamil Gentlease A+, Enfamil Soy, Enfamil Lactose Free, and many others.

Enfamil also designs their products to give them the ability to feed baby as she grows. They do this by offering Enfamil from birth to six months, Enfapro for six months and up, and Enfagrow for the toddler years. With the health benefits that Enfamil provides and the many options that it gives parents, Enfamil really is the best formula on the market today.

    I hear you. Enfamil has worked well for both of my children. My son I breastfed till he was 4 months old and then tried the A+, and he was finr on it, he just ate too much so I switched him to Enfamil with Iron to save some money and he loved that too. my daughter on the other hand it was hard finding a formula with her, I couldn’t breastfeed her for very long, only 2 weeks and even then I was supplemtning with A+, but she kept spittng it up like the whole bottle pretty much,so my doctor switched her to Similac advance with Omega 3and 6 and she was ok on the for about 6 weeks, I didn’t like it though, it was yellow and stained her clothes and it stunk, eventaully she started puking that all up too, so I tired Good Start, I was told it is gentle on their tummies, but it was the same, she still puked, so finally on my own I switched her to Enfamil Lactose Free and she did great on it!! I kept her on that for 2 months and now at 5 and a half months, for the last 3 weeks she has been on Enfamil Lower Iron, and is taking that great. I am glad she can take the lactose again cause it was so pricey the LF one. I put her on Low Iron to transition her tummy into lactose again so it wouldn’t be so harsh so eventually I will put her on the Iron fortified one, so all in all I came back to Enfamil, and I love it!!
