Meet the Culprit for Sanlu Row: Shijiazhuang Sanlu Group Co

With the news that 13,000 infants have now been battling the dreaded Shijiazhuang Sanlu Group Co’s Sanlu Milk Formula for China, quality inspectors and health organizations responsible for giving it a go signal for distribution are sure to be in the hot seat. While China is sure to get the brunt, these people who are responsible for making sure that consumer goods and products pass all the set requirements, you would think how gullible or ignorant these quality inspectors are at the moment.
Reports today have concentrated this issue towards the region of China. But that does not mean this contaminated milk formula has not been exported or may be in our local markets. In business, there is a always a way to have these goods placed in certain areas and if the systematic way is not followed, there will always be the bribery way.
Sad but true, it is indeed hard to determine on what such products hold. For sure, we look highly on them but apparently China has another dent on its tarnishing image.
China is seen to be a rising power in the economic world. But if it does not clean its tracks, it may find itself falling down doubly harder.
You can imagine how adults would suffer from contamination. But seeing babies and children victimized by it is totally unacceptable! Shijiazhuang Sanlu Group Co has a lot of explaining and damages to face.
A fourth infant linked to the tainted formula has died.
Earlier, the Health Ministry said more than 80% of the 12,892 hospitalised in recent weeks have been two years old or younger.
The Chinese government faces a scandal over the widespread contamination of the milk supply.
In the two weeks since the government first acknowledged the contamination, 22 daily products have been recalled after tests turned up traces of the industrial chemical melamine.
