What’s old is new with kid’s fashion

It was bound to happen, just a matter of time.  It’s here, our childhood is now the ‘new retro’.  From tape cassettes, to rollerblades it’s 80′s and 90′s fashion that’s going to be the ‘in’ thing soon.  From the bright as can be neon colors, to screenprinting of ‘old’ toys and icons.

Although we all knew this would happen, it’s surprising it’s happening now (this blogger thinks at least).  The bright neon colors and ‘interesting’ fashion of the 80′s that we all hoped wouldn’t be held against us is now back to being the ‘in thing’. ( Although, maybe not quite the same as we had, so don’t break out your member’s only jacket quite yet!)

The iconic images of our youth are now ‘in’ roller blades, cassettes, and all that good stuff.  Maybe you can break out a few things now (c’mon there’s been a time we all wanted to go back to rocking to the New Kids On The Block right?  I hope I’m not alone on this.)  Speaking of, heck even the New Kids On The Block are back.  Albeit, a bit older and wiser.
