Baby Bump: The Hottest Thing in Fashion?

Well, I’m not one to usually think that pregnancy was something that could ever be considered the ‘new black’ . Thanks in part to the Hollywood mommas baby bearing bumps (say that five times fast) are something that don’t have to be hidden behind huge baby tent’s anymore or ever again for that matter.
Forget the Balenciaga bag or the Jimmy Choo shoes: For years now, the hottest accessory in Hollywood has been the baby bump.
With gossip magazines like Us Weekly and In Touch on permanent celebrity bump watch, hot mamas like Angelina Jolie, Nicole Richie, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Garner, Katie Holmes and Cate Blanchett have made being pregnant into a style statement all its own.
And that’s good news for the rest of expectant womankind.
Now if they could somehow make belly-rubbing a thing of the past (well, and the nosy strangers, or the litany of advice) I think we’re good to go. Perhaps some sort of (environmentally friendly of course) force field to avoid the ‘advice’ that usually only serves to scare you.
