Kid Approved Yummy Water Add-ins

Even though the weather for most of us is cooling down a bit, it’s still really important to make sure your little ones get enough water and stay hydrated.  Most moms are also looking for something that doesn’t contain a lot of sugars and kid’s will still drink without a fight.

There’s no huge need to go out and spend a lot of pre-flavored waters when you can easily make you very own.

Adding in naturally sweet things like strawberries, and/ or other berries can sweeten up water enough so kids will love it.  Simply cut up a bunch and put them in a larger jug or larger container (about 1 – 1 1/2 gallons) of water and let it sit in the fridge for a bit.

For a fabulous version on lemonade, just cut up one lemon and prepare it the same way as above.  No sugar is needed, and the taste is delicious.
