Like Daughter, Like Mom?

Yesterday, I wrote about turning into mom, well now you can dress like your daughter.  It’s a new trend (well, at least according to the article on the line) in the recessionista movement.

The line goes up to a girl’s size 16 (US) and the post, quite frankly sums it up in this paragraph:

We’re not going to lie, the designer’s Enfant line isn’t exactly budget friendly, but it’s a good deal more accessible than the adult collection and has many of the same gorgeous pieces, just in case you want to invest in a larger size Enfant item for yourself.

While even with he warning there’s a bit of sticker shock, the line is far from budget fashion.  If you can somehow afford it, it is adorable, and can all be seen over at PeachAndPlum.com.

While it’s a bit hard to justify spending a few hundred on something a mini-fashionista will outgrow and spit up on, the clothing is fab.

There is a bit of humor in this for me, with my daughter’s party came a bunch of adorable outfits that I found myself lamenting that I wanted for myself.
