Facebook Faces Lawsuit Over Scammy Advertising In It’s Games

Facebook and Zynga (the makers of the popular games Mafia Wars and Farmville), are facing down a class action lawsuit over various advertisements that run on the website and in the games.  There is a lot of concern over the advertisements themselves, and the class action is seeking $5 million dollars from the companies.
