Stressed Out? Declare a ‘Fun Moment’
Life’s stress isn’t limited to adults. Children can just as easily get under the weather from life’s little speed bumps as well. For adults and children, sometimes it’s a great thing that can have a huge result to just have fun and take a break. It can be anywhere from five minutes to a whole day, relaxation and enjoying each other’s company is really the important part.
While it doesn’t have to be anything more than being silly, or even dancing around for a few minutes just the act of being having fun together can make a huge difference in the way your child and you feel.
Sure, it may even seem a bit too simple but this is something that I’ve been doing with my own child and it really does make a huge impact in both myself and her. Just a few moments of dancing around usually results in both of us having huge giggle fits.
After all your children won’t care if you can’t dance, and the togetherness is a wonderful thing! Sure, it doesn’t have to be dancing, it can be a board game, silly faces, or a thousand other things.
It’s the few moments of not worrying and simply having fun that will make the difference.
