Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar Baby’s Early Arrival

The Duggar family has welcomed their newest addition a bit early, by an emergency c-section. Due to complications, the baby was born premature and only weighed 1 lb, 6 oz her name is Josie Brooklyn, in keeping with the “J” named theme.
The baby wasn’t due until March 18, but due to complications was delivered via emergency c-section. Mrs. Duggar had been experiencing issues due to gallstones and it seems her doctors saw fit to deliver the baby early.
Presently the baby is in the hospital’s neo-Natal unit receiving care, and is expected to be fine.
According to the network that made the Duggar’s famous:
“The most important thing right now is for mom and baby Josie to get as much rest as possible,” a TLC spokesman said in a statement issued to People. “The family is grateful for all the prayers and well-wishes during their recovery.”

Michelle Duggar had been experiencing issues related to gall stones and was hurried to the hospital not too long ago. While originally it was thought to have been either Braxton Hicks, or even a premature delivery- that issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, it had lead to the premature birth of the infant.
