Your Choices: Be a Good Parent or Dish Out $2,500
Image by amyeetx via Flickr While it almost sounds like a good idea, upon further inspection a measure that has been introduced by a Pennsylvania lawmaker is anything but. The bill, introduced by State Senator Anthony (D. Philadelphia) could (if passed) fine bad parenting up to $2,500 in fines for their wayward children.
