LOS ANGELES, March 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — FBC Holdings Inc., (Pink Sheets: FBCD) soon to be Super Rad Industries, is happy to update its shareholders. First and foremost we are pleased with many of the recent successes of our company. We have secured many new licenses with very well known brands and we are excited to reveal the associated products and applications in the coming weeks and months. We are pleased to have the opportunity to be partnered with Sidney Richlin and Steven Miller, both of whose reputations in the toy industry proceed themselves. Due to their professionalism and reputations we have been able to secure projects with many new artists as well with many exciting brands. ”We feel great about the progress we have made and we look forward to unveiling our products and projects,” said Christopher LeClerc. Additionally we have filed for a name and symbol change to Super Rad Industries, and we expect that this should take effect shortly, and we will announce publicly as soon as its approved. We are also in the process of developing our Plastic Scenes website, a website that will showcase both the products and licenses we currently have but additionally the new artists, licenses and products that we have recently closed agreements with. The site will also allow Super Rad to sell its toys and applications through the site, adding a whole other dimension to our business. The company will also be attending all of the Comic Con shows this year and the Toy Fair next year, and at each show we will be unveiling new products. ”We have tremendous artists and brands that we are very fortunate to work with; we are excited about our company’s future,” said LeClerc.
The company also wants to recomment on the recent actions of an unscrupulous individual or individuals. When companies file documents with the SEC they must file through the EDGAR system. Some company’s choose to outsource the EDGAR service while many others like our company’s counsel have in-house filers. In order to change the company update/info tab an individual must have three pieces of information: they must have the CIK code, the CCC code and the password. Only a person or entity with all three pieces of information can make changes or file documents in the edgarized version. About three months ago our company counsel would outsource
