Students of St Louis’ Walnut Park School to Be Presented with Donated Backpacks and School Supplies at Wireless Vision’s “T-Mobile’s Got Your Back” Event on August 26th

Launch Community Outreach Program for School-Aged Children in Need
ST. LOUIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Today, T-Mobile USA retail partner Wireless Vision and the Kids In Need
Foundation (KINF) unveiled “T-Mobile’s Got Your Back,” a “Back to
School” community outreach initiative providing backpacks to a select
elementary school of students.

During the month of August, when a customer activates a new T-Mobile
line in any St. Louis T-Mobile store, owned and operated by Wireless
Vision, a backpack will be donated to a child in need. In addition to
St. Louis, Wireless Vision’s “T-Mobile’s Got Your Back” program is also
taking place this month in Chicago, Detroit, and Columbus, Ohio.
On Friday, August 26, from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., in the gymnasium at
Walnut Park School (5421 Thekla Ave in St. Louis) students will receive
backpacks to kick-off the 2011-2012 school year.
The Kids In Need Foundation, on behalf of its organization and Wireless
Vision, will donate any remaining backpacks to other St. Louis area
schools.
