software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of education products, plans to
report its fourth quarter 2011 financial results after market close on
Tuesday, March 13, 2012. A conference call and webcast hosted by Tim
McEwen, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Mark
Dubrow, Chief Financial Officer, to discuss the results is scheduled to
follow at 4:45 p.m. EDT on the same day.
