Silicon Valley HOME Renovates Houses, Improves Neighborhoods and Supports Local Elementary Schools
LOS GATOS, Calif.–()–Silicon Valley HOME, one of the Bay Area’s leading builders of
affordable, quality homes in a wide range of prices, will distribute
donations to 65 elementary schools in Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa
and Santa Cruz county neighborhoods where it has renovated and sold
houses.
“We believe that by improving the quality of homes, we also improve the
quality of lives, both for the new homeowner and the neighborhood”
“We believe that by improving the quality of homes, we also improve the
quality of lives, both for the new homeowner and the neighborhood,” said
Todd Hill, president of SVHOME. “Often what was once the worst house on
a street is now the best, raising property values and giving people more
pride in their neighborhood.”
SVHOME believes that investing in children will build the foundation for
a brighter future for the children and their communities. For every home
sold, SVHOME will donate $200 to that neighborhood’s local elementary
school.
“Our motto is ‘renovate, restore and return,’” said Hill. “We renovate
houses, restore neighborhoods and return something to the communities
where we do business, both through our donations program and through the
quality of our workmanship. We’re proud of how we’ve built our business,
proud of the quality we bring to neighborhoods, and we’re proud of our
partnership with local elementary schools.”
Please celebrate with us on March 2, when we distribute checks to 65
schools. The names of the schools and their districts are located at www.svhome.com/giving-back/html.
Checks will be presented to school officials between noon and 2:00 p.m.
at SVHOME’s main office in Los Gatos, 221 Los Gatos-Saratoga Road. The
