When you are watching a sad movie on television, do not forget that you also have to take care of your baby. And most of all, do not get carried away with tears and remember the diapers are for babies and not for wiping the tears off your eyes.

With all the dire new as of late, wouldn’t it be a bit good for the soul to have some great laughs?  After the jump is a couple of quite funny jokes and some videos that are just fantastic.

I’m including this next video due to the fact it’s possibly the best thing I have ever seen. This little guy’s daddy made the time lapse video of him playing. It really goes to show how much the little one’s move about.

Noticing the baby’s shirt, which said “Little Terror,” a woman commented, “I think it’s awful to have your child wear something like that.” “But it’s true,” Monte replied. “Well,” the woman persisted, “I wouldn’t advertise it.” A moment later, he shifted the infant a bit, and the woman exclaimed, “Oh, his shirt says ‘Little Terror.’ I thought it said ‘Little Error.’ ”

I’m sure that Three-year-old Pipi Quinlan’s mom isn’t laughing nearly as hard, but the tyke bid on a mechanical digger after mom forgot to log out of an auction website. The bid? A measly £8,000 (or about $12,732 in USD).

Mom realized what happened the next morning when she woke up to find out she was now the owner of a Kobelco digger.

‘It wasn’t until I went back and reread the emails that I saw £8,000 and got the shock of my life.’

‘I called my husband Reid over to make sure I wasn’t seeing things. I asked him what a Kobelco was and he said “I think it’s an earth-moving digger”.’

Thankfully, it was all sorted out quickly after it was realized what had transpired.

Although, the next time you see a kiddo playing on your computer, you may want to check what they are doing- Just to be on the safe side.

In the spirit of the holiday there are a ton of websites that are trying to tickle the funny bone. From the permanent kittens over at howstuffworks.com to the usually out of the world (and this years doesn’t disappoint)  pranks buy google, April Fools day can really get your laughing.

It’s all in good fun, and most are designed so they are just ridiculous enough to get a good reaction.    Today is after all, the day of the fool, the day of good hearted humor and pranks.  The Internet gets in on the game every year, so browsing around you are sure to find some.

Some of the other light hearted pranks are done by Google there’s a list from Computer World at the link of what they’ve found so far.  They seem to have a mass service-wide integration with CADIE including a fantastic ‘Red-eye’ feature on Picasa, that doesn’t really do what you would expect.  You can see the sample here.
